🌾 Forthcoming Workshop: Climate-Resilient Agriculture & Livelihood Strategies
Date: 24-8-2025 to 25-08-2025
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Participants: Agri-extension officers, FPO leaders, CSO partners, and livelihood practitioners
This intensive workshop will explore the latest practices in climate-smart agriculture, integrated farming systems, and sustainable livelihood models. Sessions will include expert lectures, participatory planning exercises, and exposure to case studies from SRADHA’s fieldwork.

• Training on climate-resilient cropping patterns and soil health management
• Strategies for farmer-market linkages and value chain development
• Integrating gender and nutrition-sensitive approaches in agriculture
👩🎓 Training Program: Gender & Social Inclusion in Rural Development
Date: 24-9-2025 to 25-09-2025
Location: Virtual and in-person hybrid format
Participants: Field coordinators, SHG leaders, gender focal points, and community mobilizers
This capacity-building training will strengthen the understanding and application of gender equity and social inclusion principles in project design, implementation, and monitoring.
Topics Covered:
• Gender mainstreaming in agriculture and livelihoods
• Social inclusion in climate action and food security
• Tools for gender-responsive M&E and stakeholder engagement
📊 M&E Systems Development Workshop for Field Teams
Date: 24-10-2025 to 25-10-2025
Location: Sambalpur, Odisha
Participants: District-level M&E officers, field staff, MIS assistants
Focused on enhancing real-time monitoring and evidence-based decision-making, this workshop will train staff on the use of digital tools, participatory monitoring frameworks, and data visualization.
Modules Include:
• Outcome-based planning and logframe design
• Community-led data collection tools
• Using dashboards and reports for adaptive management
