📚 SRADHA Hosts State-Level Training on Gender-Responsive M&E
A successful workshop was conducted on integrating gender and social inclusion into monitoring frameworks for agriculture and rural development projects. The training was attended by SHG leaders, field coordinators, and district-level stakeholders.
🌿 Field Trials on Organic Inputs & Cocopeat Initiated
As part of our innovation in agriculture program, SRADHA has initiated field trials using organic inputs and cocopeat to boost soil health and farm productivity. Results will inform training modules for smallholder farmers in climate-affected areas.
🤝 Partnership with Local CSOs for School Nutrition and Sanitation
SRADHA is joining hands with grassroots organizations to enhance school sanitation and nutrition awareness campaigns. Together, we aim to improve health outcomes for school children through behaviour change and infrastructure support.
