Mental and Behavioral Health

  • Drawing lessons from this neuro-biological evidence, our project posit explicit cultivation of pro-social behaviour among youth and other stakeholders. We build emotional resilience and incrementally resilient communities and societies which organically prevent violence.
    • Our project equip learners, of all ages, and notably young women and men, with the knowledge, values, attitudes and pro-social behaviours, which fosters responsible global citizenship, critical thinking, empathy, kindness and the ability to take action against violent extremism.
    • Our project builds the capacity of young citizen journalists, youth school teachers and youth in vulnerable areas in critical media literacy skills. They are engaged as partners in local peace building and they are encouraged to raise the issues of preventing violent extremism, conflict resolution and changing mindset of conflicting groups.
